We cannot wait to show everyone our newly-found snorkeling spot in Leinster Bay, St. John. It is a coral and sponge garden and we have deemed it "Alice in Wonderland." The fan coral is colorful and enormous, many species of sponges, all types of fish (I saw a pair of Grey Angelfish there) and a sea cucumber as big around as a car headlight. It is seriously spectacular!

We had a terrible scare a couple of weeks ago. Our dear friend Seddy from One Love Bar & Grill on Jost Van Dyke was lost at sea for 3 hours after his fishing boat capsized. We listened to the VHF radio in horror as they searched and searched for any sign of him. Finally, the Coast Guard helicopter spotted him and a nearby boat pulled him aboard!
We love you Seddy and are thankful to have you back safe and sound!
The Hero of the day was Juliette from Jewel's Snack Shack who kept her cool and coordinated all of the rescue vessels via the VHF, which included 3 helicopters and many boats. THANK YOU JULES!
