We are providing water taxi service this morning for our dear guests the Durboraw’s.  They spent the last week on a term charter in the British Virgin Islands and we can’t wait to hear about their trip!

Jet Blue now has direct flights twice a day from Boston to St. Thomas!  Now it’s even easier to enjoy a trip to the Caribbean!

Uncle Sam Lands in the BVI!

A little Americana in the BVI!  The beach crowd stood up and applauded as this group’s dinghy rode up on the sand.  It was an emotional moment on a special day!

We received some exciting news last week.  Sam’s Uncle, his namesake Samuel E. Lunday Jr., has been missing in action since April 24, 1943 when his plane went down over the Burma Hump.  He was the co-pilot and only a 2nd Lieutenant at the time.

Amazingly, the Air Force found the wreckage recently, identified the remains and all the men on the plane are coming home after 68 years!

Wonderful snorkeling this weekend at Leinster Bay St. John!  I encountered a Hawksbill Turtle swimming right in front of me and was able to capture this video.
